LMSL participates in the IBM Partner Programme as an independent contractor. LMSL own a controlling stake in GTL and authorize GTL’s Participation in the IBM Partner Programme as above.
How is GTIN Token Limited authorised to use IBM technologies?
LMSL has granted formal written authorisation allowing GTIN Token Limited to:
– Operate Web-3 AI services
– Integrate IBM technologies within those services
– Use IBM programme components provided through LMSL
– Deliver IBM-enabled digital trade solutions
Q4. Does IBM permit this arrangement?
Yes.
IBM has confirmed to LMSL that:
– LMSL’s ability to operate Web-3AI.com under IBM programme terms is not impaired,
– LMSL may use IBM technologies in the Web-3 AI application,
– LMSL operates as an independent contractor,
– IBM does not object to LMSL’s continued use of IBM technologies within authorised applications.
Does GTIN Token Limited act on behalf of IBM?
No.
GTL is not an IBM agent and does not act for or represent IBM in any form.
